Today I am sharing Mel's huge Boat Quilt.  Each little block is foundation pieced and if you zoom in you can see she has included lots of sky and water fabrics.

With all the detail of the different boats, the quilt did not need a busy quilting pattern to distract it, so we went with Bird's Eye View, by Barbara Becker.
