Here is another one for my bucket list (I even have the fabric bought!).  Rachel has made this lovely Tumbling blocks quilt in beautiful teal blues and creams.  One of the challenges of making a single shape block quilt is how to finish the edges.  Often they are irregular, so they can either have their edge finished with the irregular edge ( a lot of fiddly hard work ..), you can cut of the edges straight and deal with it like any other quilt (but you have to be OK with cutting off some of the hard work you have done), or mount the whole quilt onto a border with applique, which is what Rachel has done here.

For the long arm quilting, Rachel chose the ever popular Modern Curves, which gave a traditional style quilt pattern an ultra-modern finish.  It looks amazing!  Rachel took advantage of  my quilt binding service and it was returned by post.
